Bethany A. Pike

Bethany lives in Little Rock and works in the Bryant location of The Elrod Firm. Her practice focuses on estate planning, with an emphasis on helping parents with young children plan to protect their families. She was named to the list of Best Lawyers in Little Rock by Soiree Magazine for her trust and estate work and as a Rising Star in Super Lawyer Magazine, a national publication that features top attorneys across the country.
Bethany received her law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor of the Law Review. Prior to law school, Bethany attended the University of Central Arkansas, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Honors Interdisciplinary Studies.
He is one of only three Certified Elder Law Attorneys in Arkansas, served on the Board of Directors as the National Elder Law Founder, and is an accredited attorney with the Department of Veteran Affairs. He regularly speaks to groups across the state on the areas of estate planning, asset protection planning, and long-term care benefits, and he served as an adjunct professor of elder law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law.
Justin graduated with high honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas before attending law school at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law, where he graduated at the top of his class.
