Justin originally founded The Elrod Firm in his hometown of Bryant. The firm has grown to have a state-wide presence, with physical locations in Bryant, Hot Springs Village, Fayetteville, Bentonville, and Fort Smith, serving clients from every corner of Arkansas. His practice focuses on estate planning for clients of all ages and on long-term care planning for those wanting to plan ahead for the high cost of long-term care. He also helps clients facing an immediate emergency need for long-term care.
He is one of only three Certified Elder Law Attorneys in Arkansas, served on the Board of Directors as the National Elder Law Founder, and is an accredited attorney with the Department of Veteran Affairs. He regularly speaks to groups across the state on the areas of estate planning, asset protection planning, and long-term care benefits, and he served as an adjunct professor of elder law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law.
Justin graduated with high honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas before attending law school at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law, where he graduated at the top of his class.
